A tiny FO

I put together the rest of the package for my Hogwarts Sock Swap pal last night. I'm about to head over to the post office to mail it out, but I wanted to post first. Included in the package are the socks (of course), KnitPicks DPNs, 4 Hufflepuff stitch markers, sheepie notecards, and this:

Hufflepuff Ball-Band Dishcloth

A ball-band dishcloth in Hufflepuff colors! I really like this entire package and I really hope my pal does, too.

In other news, last night I started yet another new project: a Prisoner of Azkaban-style house scarf. I'm using Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in their new yellow (maize) and old black (licorice). I've only just started, so no photos yet. I wanted something really mindless to work on while watching TV and movies (the Monkey socks are a bit too complicated for me to work on in a dark theater). I'm excited and I'll post photos when things get a bit more interesting.

Sarah! Thank you so much for the wonderful Hufflepuff package! I've just posted about it on my blog. Now I have to figure out how I can post it on Hogwarts blog. Again, thank you! You did a very nice job and my toes are quite toasty as I sit here wearing my socks (in 80+ temps!!).
